Very disappointed. Can't use answer. Simple instructions. To use ONE article no older than 2014. Several references listed and dated to 1987, 1982, 1969. Not sure where the information was obtained. Was told I was refunded. Never received anything. Contacted for confirmation number for refund. No response. I would not refer teacher. Beginning to think I was robbed.
