thinkvision: After handshake no communication and did not do the assignment. I sent several messages before and after the agreed deadline with no response. He ignored my chat messages when he was online. I finally had to file a dispute. Still no response or acknowledgement but did refund my money. IF YOUR TEACHER DOES NOT LIVE UP TO THE HANDSHAKE AND REFUSES TO MAKE AMENDS, FILE A DISPUTE. IT WORKED FOR ME AND I RECEIVED A REFUND!Handshake
