TRU Mission Statement:

Both institutes main goal is to provide the learners the experience and goals they are searching for. The difference is BCIT has a fast paced program the learners who want to achieve their goal faster, While TRU offers programs for learners who can reach their goal on their own pace.

Enron’s mission statement depends on four key values of respect, integrity, communication and excellence. But these values are not consistent of what the public knows about their dishonesty and failing to achieving ethical standards

Yes, Enron reprtedly focused only on increasing their shareholders value, therefore it is apparent that Enron would have taking any approaches to affect to their shareholders earnings at the expense of their stakeholders.

The mission statement should be preached not only to the high level managers but also to every employee in the company. The mission statement should highlight the organization’s code of ethics, and how the business conducts day-to-day work.
1 Did the mission statement contain a hidden warning to stakeholders?
I personally do not think there was a hidden warning to stakeholders. It was clear and anyone who reads it will surely understand it equally.
The ethical issues in this matter were lowering the cost of ingredients, which resulted in lowering the quality of the product. It would not cause an issue if the company went public with the changes. Another change was reducing what is in the package without changing the package size. Any changes like this should be public if the company wishes to keep a positive ethical approach. Or to counter such changes the company could also lower the price of a product if the content were decreased.
2 How does an organizational structure reflect or reinforce its culture?
An organization structure can reinforce its culture through the process of the organizations mission statement and company goals. The mission statement and values of the organization need to be represented on a day to day basis and can be done over the use of hiring fitting employees, training efficiently, and having the right persons in the right job. The organization may need to reorganize itself in order to meet its mission statement and values if it cannot achieve that in its current structure.

If an organization agrees that it is necessary to reorganize itself, this could possibly be negative to some current employees as they may not be pleased with the reform and as many individuals are, they may be difficult with change. It is vital for this change to be communicated successfully to all parties that are relevant in order to reduce any misunderstandings and lack of self-confidence.

In order for an organization to remain in success they must have a connected culture in order to change their understanding, training, and abilities to match the changeable industries in the world. If they are not moving forward, they will be defeated by the competition in the business world, even organizations that are staying still are at risk of losing. It is clear in today’s society that the customer is always looking for the next best thing, and therefore an organization that can foresee this will remain to be prosperous.

As Microsoft is showing its prosperity, it needs to continue to be innovative and always be pursuing new ideas and events in order to remain leading in its present position.
