We as consultants have undertaken analysis of the Italian market in terms of opportunity for Walmart’s global expansion into Italy. We feel that Walmart has a fantastic opportunity to penetrate the Italian retail market and continue growth abroad. Walmart has a rich history of success globally that we look to learn from and customize a strategy that will ensure prosperity. Before we can implement this learning, we will first prove that Italy is a safe and lucrative investment for Walmart to consider based on political, economic, and legal factors.
