Week 6: A, B, and C player’s performance

We define employees’ performance levels as A, B, and C levels. A Performers are defined as superstars, B Performers as steady with potential to become A Players, and C Players as marginal (needing remediation). How does an effective performance management system contribute to true performance differentiation among different levels of performance?
