Strategic organization is all about the premeditated tactics reissuing the better planning for the much more effective overall functioning of the organization. Too, strategic planning essentially denotes to a company’s overall awareness equipped for corresponding to the internal strengths and weaknesses altogether regarding its performance. On the other side of the token, strategic controlling method is serving an important role during the implementation process, while the strategic plan of a company is in full force. Moreover, strategic management process contains three stages, 1) strategic planning, 2) strategy implementation, and 3) strategic control. David, F. R. & David, F. R. (2017)

The example for the first stage has a lot to do with setting a correct starting plan to succeed in it. Hence, Houston Methodist Hospital started using new CPR machine, but the plan behind is very poorly organized and the machine its self needs lot ,more testing done before they start using it to save people lives. This is an example of the poorly organized the plan. The example for the second stage, Houston Methodist Hospital needs to put the arrangements and steps into an actual work practice learned from the first stage. The example of the third stage has a lot to do with implementation of the plan itself. Once the implementation of the CPR machine is fully developed, Houston Methodist Hospital must uphold the strategic control of it. So that, in case of any inconsistencies from the anticipated outcome, this company needs to learn how to interconnect a new strategic plan without discrediting this device immediately.
