PUBLIC Discussion

Based on the readings and videos, discuss a job in public safety for which discrimination under the Civil Rights Act of 1964’s bona fide occupational qualification (BFOQ) exception may apply and why.  Please discuss also, why you believe such a claim would be successful under the statute and what the arguments could be against claimed exception.
