Also here is one tip just so you know when you start writing, I am not working.

Preparation:  Consider the following three major areas of work teams: 

  • Shared leadership:  What is it, how does it work in a team, and why is it important to team success?
  • Mutual accountability:  What is it, how does it work in a team, and why is it important to team success?
  • Collective work product(s):  What is it and how does it impact the members of the team?

Consider the impact of teamwork (and these three major areas) in any job or career.  Then reflect on yourself.  What have you learned from this course that will help you to achieve future success in any work environment?

Assignment:  Use MS Word and 12-point Arial font to write a two-page double-spaced paper with 1" margins and indented paragraphs.  Share your self-reflection and insights. You might provide examples of how you have used or will use specific information gained from this course( Its Organizational Behavior the course just so you know); you might highlight one or two (or a dozen) specific points that have changed your perspective about teamwork and its importance.  What have you realized about yourself and your ability to work with others( I worked with couple classmates in a group in Leadership class on a project you can say that) to be effective and productive? Use your creativity and ability to reflect to create this semester project.  Before printing and submitting your document, use Spell-checker!
