1. Should Mark give an increase to all of his employees, or only to the deserving minority? Justify your answer using equity theory. You will need to explain the arguments of equity theory in your answer. 

2. Assume that Mark is going to reward the “deserving minority” of his employees, based on their past performance levels. Assume he has at least one year of performance appraisals / evaluations for all employees that he can use to base this decision on. Specify the process or procedure that Mark should use in order to determine who will get the raise, and how much of a raise each employee will receive. Using the lecture notes on fair procedures, specify 3 aspects of this procedure that will ensure high procedural justice. Be sure to define procedural justice in your answer.
