Intervention Strategies Report

Select a past conflict from a story that was reported in the media and has either been resolved or is still ongoing. You will have to find this conflict by searching the internet. Please allow yourself enough time to locate a suitable story.

Write a report about the conflict, using the weekly readings. Your paper should be at least 1,500 words in length.

Include the following in the report:

• Assess the conflict and describe at least two appropriate intervention strategies.
• Objectively evaluate the applicability of mediation as a dispute resolution process. 

Support your responses with at least two different peer-reviewed sources.

Format your assignment consistent with APA guidelines, which includes an introduction, in-text citations, a conclusion and a reference page and the items set forth in the Instructor Policies announcement. All substantive portions, including sub-categories within the body of the paper, must include headings.
