Having favorable policies makes a country favorably by foreign investors looking for the right places to invest their money. It will also be more attractive to tourists as they will have an easy time processing their documents. Middle tire countries have better foreign policies than the great superpower countries as they are looking to grow.

Middle powers refers to countries without significant global influence, and they include Egypt, Argentina, the UAE, Portugal, and New Zealand. These countries’ foreign policies differ from those of the great powers since while a country like the US would insist on a unilateral world order, these middle powers prefer multilateralism. They are eager to compromise on areas where (for instance) the UK, France, and Russia may not. They are also keen on coalition-building and mediating international conflicts.
