Tips(1)
Behavioral therapy primarily focuses on the manipulation of external environment factors and internal physiological environment which causes changes in behavior while cognitive therapy is mainly concerned by thinking ability as the main factor for change. Cognitive therapy helps individuals to differentiate between thoughts and feelings and gain awareness of how thoughts affect feelings in harmful ways. Cognitive therapy enables individuals to determine whether their thoughts are right and accurate.
