1. Poor Behavior 

The key to managing poor behavior is to PREVENT it. Describe two proactive strategies you use to prevent poor behavior from your athletes. 

2. Accountability 

Once bad behavior occurs from an athlete you must introduce a negative consequence (punishment). What are two effective punishments that you have implemented that helped you change bad behavior? Can you describe a punishment you implemented that DID NOT change bad behavior?
