Organizational learning includes a consistent process that produces several ways of change. According to the article organizational learning and change management (2008) there are three subsystems. Those subsystems include acquisition of analysis. The second subsystem is retention which involves new acquired input, and it depends upon effectively along with integration. Furthermore, the third subsystem is stabilization. In terms of fostering change with a focus of organizational learning. There are five different was of analyzation.  Moving forward there are five different mechanisms which are that of flexibility, team work, contingency, competency, and establishing a temporary system.
