In Aristotle's Nicomachean Ethics, Aristotle argues that proper moral action should be decided via following the principles set forth in the "Doctrine of the Mean".  In your essay, provide a complete, detailed explanation of the "Doctrine of the Mean" as understood by Aristotle.  To do so, choose an example to apply to the Doctrine of the mean to explain how proper moral action might be determined accordingly.  Following this explanation, you must provide your own assessment of Aristotle's Doctrine of the Mean.
