For this assignment, imagine that your agency is seeking a training package to deliver to all regional stakeholders (e.g., law enforcement, firefighters, and emergency medical services [EMS]). Because of your technical and academic expertise and experience in this arena, you have been tasked with developing a concise and clearly defined training presentation related to hazards such as chemical, biological, radiological, nuclear, and high-yield explosive (CBRNE) agents at unknown scenes. For this assignment, provide10- to 15-slide

PowerPoint presentation that addresses and evaluates the scenario provided below.15-slide PowerPoint presentation that addresses and evaluates the scenario provided below.15-slide PowerPoint presentation that addresses and evaluates the scenario provided below.

You are among the first-arriving units at a scene originally reported as a person feeling ill. Upon arrival, you smell chemical odors and observe an unusual amount of debris near the garbage can. You also notice that the windows of the home are covered. You suspect some illegal activity may be taking place inside the structure.

Describe the considerations that responders would need to keep in mind at this scene. Include information on the actions of first arriving units, evidence preservation, and the protocol for processing the crime scene. Include concepts that we have previously covered in the course such as personal protective equipment (PPE) that responders may need. Which type of PPE would you use? Why? Also, suggest ways that emergency responders can help to prevent and prepare for events involving CBRNE agents.

Since you will not be presenting this PowerPoint to your instructor in person, you will need to utilize the slide notes function to further explain the contents of your slides. Bold, italicized, or underlined text should be used sparingly on slides in order to maximize the prominence of key points. Each slide should address a single concept, and slides should follow a logical progression, each building on the other.
