Which is more important, dieting or exercise? Well that seems to be an age old question. Here is my take on the issue. If you're severely overweight or in extremely poor shape then forgo the exercise. You need to be on a good diet plan to shed some pounds rather quickly. Having said all of that about exercise, I believe dieting is far more important. It is nice to get as much exercise as possible but you do not have to be an exercise freak to lose weight. You know what I mean, those people you see running to the gym everyday. Use exercise like you would use salt. It should act as an enhancer. Exercise can help you to lose weight faster than without any exercise. However, the proper diet will allow you to lose weight at will.
