Define issue

My self-care problem is procrastination and addicted to video games. I am a senior right now, and I will graduate after fall semester 2020. As a graduating senior, I should force more on my study and think about my future jobs or life direction, but I always like to comfort myself that I still have time, I don’t need to worry about it, it will be good eventually. Whenever there are a plenty of things waiting for me to finish, I feel very stressful and I just want to escape from them, thus video games became my refuge. I enjoy the feeling to addicted in games and forgot every trouble outside, I aware that is not correct, but it is hard for me to rid of it. In this situation, my plan is making a schedule to rank things in order of importance, and then finish each of it step by step.

Goal

My goal is stop procrastinating and addicted to video games. Also, since I want to apply master’s degree in the United States, I need prepare for the GMAT exam, I need make a study schedule and carry out it.

Timeline

· Step 1: Identify priorities by 6/16. Organize and print my summer class schedule and post them on the wall, and then circle important lessons or assignment.

· Step 2: Quit addiction by 6/16. I will uninstall video games from my computer in case I get distracted or addicted from it.

· Step 3: Know about GMAT exam and make a study schedule for it by 6/17. I have to figure out what is GMAT and what should I practice passing the exam.

· Step 4: Think about future by no time limits. I am currently at a loss about my future life, my father often asks me what you want or what do you want to be in the future, but I always cannot answer those questions. I think this is a huge question, I need more time and life experience to answer it.
