ICT has a significant impact on the culture and the people within each specific region. Every culture is affected differently to lack of technological advancement, especially in the area or countries where technology is far behind or no technology available in the field of ICT, there over a million reason to have technology advancement today which is considered the digital age (Mikropoulos, 2018). Everyone uses ICT to communicate and interact with one another to transact business or keep the friendship closer but without the use of ICT interaction among people lowers and becomes much costly to interact with another. Research shows that lack of technology advancement among the people leads o illiteracy with the use of technology thus with the lack of these knowledge affects their knowledge in getting jobs in areas where they rely heavily on technology to operate their everyday workplace.

It is no secret that ICT has improved security with communication using mobile form where once you spot burglary you call 911 and the police will respond immediately. However, with the ICT divide, those behind in ICT are prone to security threats and more danger with getting information much faster that can help them get aware of floods and any other environmental disaster heading their way. Everyone today relies on ICT in getting information in a second that is crucial in the way the government and the outside world is dealing with business (National University of Sciences and Technology (Islāmābād, University of North Carolina at Charlotte, IEEE Power & Energy Society, & Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers, 2018). Without this those in the market place are bound to suffer economic without the knowhow of how business is operating and trading each day. Each government is spending millions of money each day to ensure that they progress with ICT to grow economic since countries using ICT have proven to be more resourceful in infrastructures, knowledge and economic. Knowledge is power and without ICT to speed about knowledge countries and nations are heading to a crisis moving ahead.
