Final Project Create a social media campaign strategy pitch for a brand of your choosing (instructor approval is required). This will include evaluation of their current performance, a content strategy, analytics indicators and ultimate KPIs. The goal of this project is to create an asset that you can further develop and include as part of your portfolio.

Imagine that the brand has come to you asking for a pitch to build out the platform of your choosing with a campaign of your choosing and that you are presenting your findings through this presentation.

Additionally you should present something that the brand has not done before on a social network that you believe they are underusing or not using at all. - Only use one social network so that you can focus in on the campaign details. - You may include paid strategy BUT you also must include unpaid. - Be sure to include a hook in your plan. The stakeholders in the brand need a reason to

invest this money. - Make the slides as visual as possible- highlight key statistics and takeaways but the deck

will accompany your presentation- it is not the entirety of your presentation

Audit of current performance: - Screenshot(s) of what their account looks like currently on the platform and give them a

comparative sense of where their competitors are via numbers or screenshots depending on what works for your presentation(if they are lagging that’s a good hook, if they aren’t on the platform THEN it’s an opportunity for them to lead the charge)

Content Strategy: - Do mock-ups of the type of content you envision them creating - Give reasons why this content will perform and the benefits of having it - Think of including statistics (performance of videos, retweets or pins of images, etc)

Campaign Timeline: - This should get them excited because it’s the whole campaign. - Think of doing contests, user generated content, slicing content from internal employees,

etc. Any idea you have include it in this timeline - Make it visual.

Analytics Indicators & KPIs - What metrics matter to this campaign and what type of performance can they see? - Engagement? newsletter sign-ups? Followers? Site-visits?
