THEORETICAL FOUNDATION AND DECISION MAKING THAT UNDERPINS THE TALENT POOL PROCESS 4

Portfolio Milestone 4: Talent Pool

For the desired labor pool to be created, the people employed in an organization should possess different talents which will help in contributing to the success of the organization. As a result of the talents possessed by the people, it will be easy for the performance of the organization to be increased hence ensuring that the set goals and objectives are achieved in the set time. (Adebola, 2019)

On the other hand, the people required for the desired labor pool of an organization should have different skills as well as enough knowledge which will enable them to address the issues experienced in an organization in the shortest time possible. As a result of the skills possessed by the people, different operations will be carried out effectively.

Again, for the desired labor pool to be created, an organization should have enough assets which will ensure that the people to be employed are motivated to carry out different tasks accordingly. It is through the assets possessed by an organization whereby the sustainability of the business will be achieved hence ensuring that the people are encouraged to work towards achieving the goals and the objectives of an organization. (Collings, 2019)

On the other hand, the information required for the purposes of creating a desired labor pool should be secured hence reducing the unnecessary losses in an organization. The provision of security to information in an organization will play important roles in ensuring that the decision making as well as the policy making processes are carried out accordingly.

Finally, the time factors should be utilized accordingly for the purposes of ensuring that the rates of production in an organization are increased. However, the most talented employees should be employed in an organization as that will help in ensuring that the talent pool in an organization is enhanced. As a result, this will ensure that the decision making processes are carried out accordingly. (Tiwari, 2019)
