Project Control and Testing

Organization control is defined as the process of evaluating, regulating, and assigning resources to the business. In this paper, I am going to manage an organization control to meet the HWE goal. Here, managers need to determine performance standards and how to involve employees.

Black Box Testing is where test cases are developed to meet specific requirements, derived from external software descriptions (Kaur, N., & Bahl, K., 2016). The test designer chooses valid and invalid inputs and decides the proper output.

White box testing involves three test cases, including inputs, processing, and output. Inputs entail various requirements, functional specifications, and security specifications. This is the preparation stage of white-box testing to put out all the required information (Kaur, N., & Bahl, K., 2016). Moreover, processing entails the performance of risk analysis to guide the whole process. Here, the test application is made thoroughly to give the correct results. Outputs refer to the preparation of the final report.

Functional testing is to be conducted in two ways, via testing according to the requirements and testing according to the business scenarios. Testing involves the available specifications while testing according to the business scenarios, which consists of the information of the system in a business approach.

The environment is conducted to finalize the task. Here, the test developer should make sure the website has the maximum user connection, has the current hardware and software installed, and the setting required to access the website.

Security testing is where the test developer determines whether the application accomplished vital information in the query string. This aspect occurs when the application uses the HTTP GET approach to pass communication between the client and the server. Therefore, there should be security controls enforced to prevent any cybersecurity attack.

User Acceptance Testing involves and alpha and beta testing. Alpha testing is conducted on-site while beta testing is done at the client or customer (Otaduy & Diaz, 2017).

Unite Testing includes the testing of the smallest portion of supportable software on the website. Therefore are two types of unit testing; these are manual and automated testing (Almafazi, PI, 2019).
