Last Updated David resides at Harbor Manor, low income housing in Hoquiam, WA. He lives alone with caregiver support. His caregivers come in daily at this point and he also has home health support. David has been in and out of the hospital and nursing facilities due to falls. David is friendly, social and open to counseling support. He has lived in the Grays Harbor area for the majority of his life. He is a collector of models of trains, cars and owls. He enjoys socializing and spending time with family and friends. David has difficulty with needing to stay home to heal, as he is used to being

busy and social. He is finding difficulty finding new activities that are within

reason due to his physical changes

impact of physical limitations

experiences in being raised this way, relationship with grandparents and how this has shaped his
