Training Needs Analysis
Rawan ageeliYanbu Elite International School was founded in 2010. Abdul Mohsen AL-Hossaini is the chairman of the school. The school consist of 12 Visa teachers, 12 teachers’ assistants and 2 Saudi teachers that gives Islamic and Arabic subjects including 267 students. Elite International School provides a good quality education for children at age 3 years old to 6 years old. Their main goal is to prepare children for Kindergarten while having fun and provide a wonderful experience for both; children and their parents.
YEIS Preschool functions under the direction of the governing bodies serving at Yanbu Elite International School. The Preschool teachers and staff function under the direction of its directress appointed by the School Chairman. It’s licensed by ministry of education (MOE), its assessments are conducted by MOE rules and regulations. Their goal is to provide their students with a challenging educational environment within an international community focusing on programs with a global relation including activities that help in the learning of students and their needs.

Yanbu Elite International School envisions to produce lifelong learners and global thinkers , to become responsible citizens with leadership qualities founded on universal values while instilling pride in one's cultural identity . YEIS aims to provide students with a challenging educational environment within an international community focusing on a curriculum with a global perspective , integrated with technology and variety of extra-curricular activities that cater students individual needs . YEIS provide the child with a positive first school experience that would promote confidence and high self-esteem. Also, they support the development of social and emotional aspects of a child emulating the teacher that would act as a role model and provide a warm , caring , and consistent daily routine. In addition , they nourish the child with preschool programs that would help them progress in their cognitive skills . And also one of their objectives is to provide children with activities that will promote small and large muscle development and hand-eye coordination .

To identify the personal analysis at Yanbu Elite International School ,We conduct an online survey include 23 questions according to the job description in order to found the gap between the actual and the expected performance and we distributed it between the teachers of the school to solve it .

41.7% agreed strongly that the managers monitoring the workforce and make sure of employee development and process improvement, and 50.0% agreed while 8.3% answered by neither agree nor disagree.

Also, in Q21 25% answered with Neither Agree nor Disagree about if they receiving recognition when they perform above expectations and 8.3% disagree that. This answers define the gap of lack rewarding in the school and its need to make rewarding programs.
· Comfort ability in giving feedback to others

According to the Neither Agree nor Disagree percentage, the survey results in Q9 show that 33.3% of teachers think that they are unable of comfortable to give their feedback. This gap define the need of the school to apply a training program for teachers to improve their knowledge about giving feedback and improve their skills of communication to make sure they confidence, satisfied and in the right way of work.

According to the Neither Agree nor Disagree percentage , the survey results in Q6 show that 25% of teachers think that the Human Resource Department employees are not clear and uncooperative in dealing. This gap define the need of the school to apply a training program for human resource department employees to improve their dealing ethics and communication skills.

This gap define the need to apply a training program for the employees of the school about how to be fair and quick in solving the problems of teachers .
