for entrepreneurs to make a balance between hiring the right individual and keeping the business running.

Motivation, incentives and benefits explains the total package a candidate should be offered or what the employee is asking. The rising cost of living such as the increase in healthcare could mean the organization has to pass the cost to the employees or incur the cost. However, the point is that there should be an understanding where employees are comfortable and able to work well within the organization.

Training and development are another problem to the HRD. Investing in training and the development of the medium and lower level employees is complex if there are no resources or no assurance that the employees will stay. Also, time for training could be limited as the employees are always busy.

Organizational development and change, as the organization is growing, its structure, strategies and the whole internal process grows with it. Many employees may have a difficult time adapting to the changes that affect the general performance of the organization. Last but not least problem is discipline and risk management, having a disciplined workforce makes it easy to work however getting to instill discipline in a diverse environment can make it a bit difficult to achieve the required level of discipline. Risk management is also a point that is a problem that result for example when an organization has to risk with investing in the talented employees who may be poached by competitors (Rothwell, 2014).

CHAPTER 4 CONCLUSION/RECOMMENDATIONS

In conclusion, HRD, in the organizational perspective is the process of organizing, managing and improving the mental, physical and emotional abilities of a person so that there is productive work. Organizations need to make sure that the employees are regarded as human resource important for the sound development of the organization. I recommend that the problems faced by the human resource management are better solved when the proper resources are put in place to help identify them in advance and solved as soon as they knock so the organizations performance is not affected. It is necessary to know the HR problems so that the right policies and procedures are put in place as soon as possible. Having an understanding of leadership development, employment laws and employee benefit are the key areas that will keep the organization ahead of the competition and also enable attainment of the organization goals. A problem free human resource development is absolutely important for a fully developed employee who will intern be very motivated to work hard and end result will be great performance for the organization.
