Teachers and trainers need the highest level of competency to achieve the required output, that is, the successful sharing of knowledge and concepts of all kinds to the respective students. Due to such conditions and requirement, teachers in various environments and circumstances have a code of conduct that they should adhere to at all times, together with the implementation of all the professional knowledge earned and possessed during the training process. There are environments and circumstances that require critical evaluation, decent code of conduct and some essential knowledge in different aspects. The TASC model is a reflection of the particular standards required for every teacher or trainer. The standards possess the respective implementations and requirements that need to be met for quality service provision in the teaching activities in various environments.

Foremost, the visions and mission of teaching that aims for the improved and enhanced achievements for students and trainees in various aspects. this calls for the implementation and the provision of some essential knowledge ad the manipulation and the use of exemplary performances such as having the diversity of knowledge and information about various students at the schooling environments. Such an implementation helps to boost the understanding and the bond between the teachers and the students. Such a bond and results are only achieved form the understanding and the complete knowledge of the various circumstance that affect the respective students and other people in the schooling environment.

Besides, competency of the teachers in various institutions can also be realized form the knowledge and skills standards, where every teacher is required to possess great and essential skills such as communication, leadership and decision-making skills. Such skills and knowledge in the respective areas helps to improve the efficiency and the function of teachers in institutions. Besides, the knowledge and the ability to run various circumstances, that includes the ability to operate various IT tools and materials, and exchange knowledge pertaining the respective aspect is among the essentials of teachers. The teachers should be able to share and give the respective knowledge to the students with ease.

However, there are some essential skills and implementations that teachers lack. These implementations include the exercising of leadership skills, decision making and the implementation of IT gadget knowledge such as computers and other related devices. Such implementations are paramount and required during the process of teaching. This would help to improve the chances of sharing and transferring the knowledge owned by the teachers to the respective students in the schooling environment.
