Comment on Proposal

Proposal: Grant Proposal

My proposal is to solve the problem of drug use among the population of college students. Drugs have always been a very serious social problem in the United States. After experiencing the peak of drug abuse in the last century, the number of drug addicts in the United States has been reduced by half. The problem of drug abuse among contemporary American youth has intensified, mainly due to rampant drug trafficking crimes, the temptation of new drugs, the negative social image of drug addicts, the misleading of entertainment stars and the media, and the bad family atmosphere. Among these drug addicts, the drug abuse trend among college-age people is on the rise. In the past 5 years, the consumption of cannabis among college students 19-22 years of age has increased, including the significant increase in cannabis vapor smoke and nicotine vapor smoke. I think this trend is very dangerous. Now, young people are not only facing the temptation of traditional drugs, but all kinds of new drugs and guiding drugs are emerging. I want to arrange psychologists and counselors at school to provide help and support to those who are already addicted to drugs. Schools should pay attention to such problems, because this will affect the life of students. Not only cannabis drugs, but also the trend of dependence on nicotine and prescription drugs is very obvious. These psychologists and consultants will help students with such problems and help them out of their difficulties. For solving the problem of drug addiction, I think schools, families and society will benefit from it. Regarding my proposal, I will establish a consulting department from how to communicate with the school, explain the seriousness of such problems to the school in detail, and then use these professional strengths to help students in need. I will use a lot of data to support my argument.
