COLLAPSE

Top of Form

The rise of global approach and human centric effort has been advancing to bring collaborative work effort. The distributed systems and architecture has given opportunity for businesses to expand across borders bringing in workforce and experience across the globe.

But what about the security? have we considered and took necessary steps to safeguard the operations? have we implemented access control measures? these are few questions that surface while considering the effort to increase human interference. Its been said that security start with people, the major cause of today's security risks depends an circulates around people that work in the process. We have been studying all throughout the course that its all boils down to the employees working for the business, for eg- cyber security, where you are exposed to hacking and malware that might potentially cause you million of dollars.

talking about experience and how human nature effects Access Control, I have previous worked with regulation line of business and have often came across employees crashing on unidentified emails which eventually create the passage for virus and Trojans to have access to your data and other systems. For which we created the anti-fishing process, where we advised and trained employees to identify the emails that are not related to work and just drop them in this bucket. Post which we can take care of the after process. But as you can see the end game and decision lies in the hands of the employees, we can set measures and protocols to help but it all comes down to humans/employyes to help us achieve that.
