I just came across a very interesting article in this area of the law. It involves a doctor who has been charged with second degree murder in the case of three patients who overdosed. She did nothing more than prescribe the drugs. Take a look at it here -

What are your thoughts on this case? Should she be held criminally liable for the actions of her patients? Why or why not? Where her prescriptions the same as any other weapon in a murder case? Should she have foreseen these consequences? If found guilty, what punishment would you impose?
