Continuing with a contractual theme, this paper should provide a department with an understanding of where to start when claims arise that may or may not be covered by the Uniform Commercial Code (UCC).

Include a restatement or summary of the question, an analysis of the relevant legal issue, and a logical conclusion.  Explaining whether a valid contract has been formed in accordance with Article 2 (Sales) of the UCC and Not just a conclusion or an opinion without explaining the reason for the choice  The explanation is supported by reference(s) to an original scenario demonstrating the elements necessary to form a sales contract under UCC Article 2 and the course material, and include a clear and well-defined explanation of how the Statute of Frauds and Parole Evidence Rule under UCC Article 2 can come into play in the student’s original scenario.
