Part 1: Hiring the Right Team
Many job seekers are attracted by the allure of high commissions and travel in a professional sales job. Because they sold cookies or candy as a child for school fundraisers, many see themselves as viable candidates for a sales position. Hiring managers are bombarded with the resumes of unqualified applicants who do not possess the proper skill set to succeed in the field.
Using predominately articles from the library's full-text databases, complete the following:
• Discuss 3 traits that are required of a successful sales professional (1/2 page each)
• Provide a 1-page set of guidelines for conducting a sales interview. DO NOT copy forms or questions from other sources.

Part 2: Training

• Discuss 3 topics in sales training that industry experts deem vital for maintaining a successful sales team.
• Discuss how e-learning is changing the way that sales forces are trained.
This section of the paper should be 2 1/2 pages in length and should use research from the library's full-text databases and other quality, college-level resources. Stay away from consultant sites on the Internet.
Your assignment should contain a cover page, an abstract page, and a reference page in addition to the body. The body of the paper should be 5 pages in length, starting with a brief 1-paragraph introduction and ending with a short conclusion.
