WORKING UNDER MALE AND FEMALE SUPERVISOR

Gender discrimination in work is unfair on part of organization, no law acts well at unfair discrimination. all genders either male or female have equal rights in the workplace as well as in society and they all must and should be treated equally in all ways whether in the workplace or in society.

Both male and female are great leaders in the work place if considered companies performing financially great, female leaders are in good numbers and they are leading organizations at top management some of them are Indira Nooyi, CEO Pepsi co., Ursula Burns CEO Xerox Corp., Sheri McCoy CEO Johnson & Johnson drug maker.

Male as a boss:

According to my experience working with a male boss is good as compared with the female boss, as he always leaves me to work alone on my schedule he needs work done within period of time allotted for a project, and used to give a hard time on review meetings and budget meetings, listens to all problems arising in the projects patiently and try to solve them carefully within the time frame, he was a focused and responsible at his work and motive person, helps in needs related to work and be like a brother in personal life, simply to say he is a kind of transformational leader.

Female as a boss:

According to my experience female boss is time structured, more professional and very tuff as per work considered, good communicator, she always tries to prove her simply to say she was the tough lady with strong ethics.

 Conclusion:

After working with both male and female supervisors, I feel they got their own handling situation and techniques to deal with peers and employees under them, and communicate with their higher officials and act as a bridge between the management and the subordinates.

Women are by and large thought to be more congenial than male managers, as women are recognized as being more sympathetic and better communicators. Women are more comfortable dealing with the other people also with men, even in fierce circumstances, as there is no sex crevice and along these lines a lessened danger of miscommunication, a Women are more thoughtful and seeing, particularly in the event that you are going on maternity leave, have an evil tyke and comparative life-need circumstances. They comprehend and identify with the way that, as a lady, you have different duties that men don't. Women managers can have a terrible propensity to wind up desirous and defaming after some time. At first they give off an impression of being agreeable, however can later turn on you once you begin getting to be effective and becoming famous in the business. Women pioneers may hold or even push kindred ladies down keeping in mind the end goal to secure their own position. There has been a ton of exchange about regardless of whether ladies' conduct in the working environment experiences hormonal changes. What is regularly disregarded is that men additionally experience hormonal changes. Ladies likewise get pretty much as drained, wore out, baffled and pushed as men do, however we have to recall that impressions of ladies' conduct in the working environment are regularly intensified by the myth that they are helpless before their hormones. Yes, it will be hard to manage your female manager in the event that she is focused, drained and disappointed. It will be similarly hard to manage a male manager under the same conditions.
