Read the information contained in Module 2.

Then write a paper Identifying a behavior you would like to experience more frequently (or improve upon) in your life. Write a 1-2 page paper describing a detailed picture of this behavior, the specific steps you will take to make this change, and the positive self-talk statements that will guide you toward the desired change. Use the goal-setting guidelines on page 90 and self-talk guidelines on page 92 to help you achieve your goal. Submit to your instructor.
