home work 4:We talked about hierarchy of needs today... qualifiers (instant needs), activity-based, context-based, and common needs (it is common for everyone)... Common need is the human-centric one. Once you tap into that need, people recognize that (though they were not aware that they needed it).

Here is Spark and how IDEO (design company) advertise it. what do you think about these four levels of needs, especially the "common" need that this app targeting?
