  1. : Letter Feedback A colleague in another department heard that you are enrolled in a writing course and asks for your help in revising a letter he has drafted for a client. Being the caring and helpful person you are, you agree to look it over. When you receive the draft, you can see that it needs a lot of work. Since you have already agreed to help him, you cannot back out because that would be unethical.
