LABOR LAWS RIGHTS

HAVE A EMPLOYEE THAT CHANGED ONE PERSON  SCHEDULE WHEN WAS NOT SUPPOSE TO AND AGENT  GOT SUSPENDED INDEFINITELY WITHOUT PAY, DUE TO INVESTIGATION.  ANOTHER EMPLOYEE GOT WROTE UP FOR SAYING RACIAL COMMENTS, SEXUAL COMMENTS AND CALL EMPLOYEES IGNORANT, EVEN THREATEN AN EMPLOYEE BUT STILL WORKING, AND THIS EMPLOYEE IS GAY CAUCASION MEN THE OTHER EMPLOYEE THAT WAS SUSPENDED INDEFINETLY WITHOUT PAY IS AFRO AMERICAN BLACK WOMEN.  PLEASE TELL ME WHAT THE AFRO-AMERCAN CAN DO REGARDING HER LABOR BOARD RIGHTS REGARDING THE COMPANY THAT SUSPENDED HER WITHOUT PAY.  

 

wHAT SHE SHE DO TO GET THIS RESOLVES.EVEN IF THE UNION OF THE COMPANY NOT DOING ANYTHING?  WHAT STEPS SHOULD SHE TAKE
