Controls: This is the final task before you assemble your Final Marketing Plan. For Unit VII, you need to define the controls you will use to measure how successful your marketing plan is and what steps you will take to modify it if necessary. Write at least 200-300 words to briefly address your controls, metrics, and contingency plans and answer the appropriate questions. Chapter 6 will also provide some guidance on how you may implement controls.
