Assignment :Week 3 - Assignment 2: Compile an Annotated Bibliography for Week 7 Final Paper
Category :
Due Date :Mon, Feb 27, 2017 11:55 PM MST
Detail :
  • Use the West Assignment Template and the Sample Annotated Bibliography located in the course Shared Files to compose this assignment.
  • Search the University Library for credible sources that support your Week 7 Final Paper.
  • Write an annotated bibliography of two of the sources you found. These sources should give credibility to the arguments (supporting points) you present in your paper.
    •  Follow the steps in the Writing an Annotated Bibliography document located in your shared files.
    •   Note. The purpose of the annotated bibliography is to survey the available research before writing an academic paper. You will not need to include the annotated bibliography in your final draft, though you will likely use the sources as citations and references.
  • Include the following information for each of the two citations:
    •  The correct reference for the source using West Writing Style Handbook guidelines
    •  A brief description of the source, such journal article, research study, or report
    •  A short summary of the primary points or arguments in the source (about three sentences)
    •  An explanation of how the source is relevant to your project
    •   Justification of each source’s credibility (whether it’s peer reviewed, a primary source, etc.)
  • Format your paper according to the West Writing Style Handbook.
