When creating a solid business plan it is crucial that a break even analysis be as accurate as possible. The break even analysis basically calculates up the total cost it takes for your company to produce its product(s) or services. Once you have found your break even point financially, you can then start to figure out where and how you be able to produce profit. Break even analysis are helpful even once the company is up and running. You can determine what can be cut out in order to produce a higher profit margin. If your company is constantly losing money then a break even analysis can precisely locate where the money is being lost. The best way to leverage a BEA is to know all financial aspects thoroughly.

The most useful financial ratio for a small business has to be Net Profit on Sales. Larger business are more focused on the combination of assets and equity built within the company. The most important aspect for a small business is the sales. Without sales a small business can deteriorate within months. • Analyze the steps involved in avoiding a cash crunch and make at least one additional recommendation for doing so. Provide specific examples to support your response.

RESPOND

Estimated sales and expenses presents the greatest number of obstacles to the greatest number of small businesses. Many small business owners should have estimates that are based on their goals for their business over the time frame for which the budget is being created. Some business owners are unsure about how much they're going to spend when it comes to the service and goods. This is when and why over pricing comes into play. Understanding sales and expenses will allow the business to operate in a profitable manner.

Creating a cash flow forecast is beneficial because it helps the business establish its own revenue history as well as industry trends to estimate incoming monthly cash flow. Once the company has an idea of the finds that will be coming into the business they can then establish or estimate outgoing cash for each month. When forecasting a cash flow the company should make sure to gain knowledge on the financial aspect. Cashflow at times are overwhelming but the more you keep track and pay attention the more likely the company will avoid a cash flow nightmare.

RESPOND

This portrait is a realist in style it demonstrates soldiers being shipwrecked and basically left every man for himself the only ones that survived was the captain and his crew the artist is Theodore Gericault: Rejecting Classicism this portrait responds to the industrial Revolution by suggestion that the ship could only carry so many people and when it came down to who was going to be saved it was the people responsible for getting the ship to it's destination. The portrait shows how people were dead and dying and they were hungry and thirsty  and it also suggest that they may have started eating the dead as a way of trying to stay alive. The literary that comes to my mind that is happening on a regular basis that protests social injustice is cops killing people and people killing cops its a no win battle.
