Managers are concerned with internal efficiencies and effectiveness to meet the goals of the organization. In your individual project, discuss the following:

• Explain how management is responsible for creating efficient work processes.
• Define and explain the 4 functions of management in achieving the organization’s mission or purposes.
• Select one of 4 functions of management that you think is your strongest area as a business professional and explain why.
