At their corporate office, there are several job openings, such as Patent Agent, Manager of Customer Service, Production Worker, Lead Merchandiser, Building Maintenance Worker and Human Resources Manager. You are their recruiter tasked with assessing the external and internal candidates that have applied for these jobs at this location. Select one job and describe how you would assess the candidates for this position following their process.
