Per the grading rubric: Your paper included a lot of content, so thank you. You needed to provide more specific information when covering the various types of police agencies at each level of government. You also needed more information about the organization of each department. Good job developing the central theme within your paper to explain the principal roles and functions of different level departments. You also could have provided more complete information on how each type of agency relates to the different laws which they must enforce. This being said ... I earned a 89/100!!
