Introduction
over the years, American Red Cross organization has effectively enhanced a number of changes in their services. The HRD need of American Red Cross organization is human resource management. The development of human resource management is the only need that the organization needs to consider so as to enhance considerable changes. In general, the HRD need of the organization will effectively benefit the management of the entire organization (Cascio, 2012).

The organization has effectively used different measures that would enhance Human Resource Development (HRD).

Human Resource Management is the major issue that should be improved within the organization.
Human Resource Management intends to improve or expertise skills of employees and volunteer.

The idea of enhancing human resource management is to ensure that employees skills and knowledge has been enhanced. Enhancing HRM is a significant approach that the American Red Cross organization should consider. This approach will significantly enhance how employees perform their duties and carry out their responsibilities. Improving HRM influences capacity building, values, and practical skills as well as attitude and style of employees (Sims, 2006).

The CEO, CIO, Executive Leaders, and mangers are responsible for HRM.
The responsibility of these leaders is to ensure that that HRM is appropriate in the development of the entire organization.
In every organization, management is the major factor that influences changes within every organization. The American Red Cross organization has different stakeholders. In general, the stakeholders of the HRD need within the organization include Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Chief Information Officer (CIO), Executive Leaders, and mangers. The responsibility of these leaders is to ensure that that HRM is appropriate in the development of the entire organization (Sims, 2006).

Leaders responsibility
The responsibility of CEO is to ensure that the entire organization is under proper maintenance. As the top corporate leader, the CEO coordinates every activity within the organization. The CIO ought to be the second senior manager in the management of organization because he/she has the ability to coordinate employees on the needs related to Information Technology. Lastly, the executive leaders ensure that employees within the organization execute their responsibilities without any issue. These leaders are related to these project because they responsible for any changes of Human Resource Management (HRM) (Sims, 2006).

Communication Plan
Communication plan within the organization will be determined by the type of organization governance which is bureaucracy .
Information will be collected from the field by employees and then communicated to executive leaders until it reached the CEO.
Communication within the organization is one of the major factor that will enhance HRM. The HRD need can well be enhanced through a suitable communication plan that will be determined by the type of organization governance. Employees will gather information from the field and communicate with executive leaders. The executive leaders will communicate with the CIO who in the ends gives feedback to the CEO. This approach is significant because it will significantly enhance better communication of information required for the development of Human Resource management (Werner, & DeSimone, 2012).

Importance of scheduling .
The CEO should coordinate with the entire management . However, not all ideas proposed by the management should be embodied in the strategy.
The CEO and the entire management team should ensure training individuals and provide chances for employee tasks.
The importance of scheduling in American Red Cross organization is to enhance the HRM. The HRD need within the organization can only be determined by the management of the organization.
