Sales and notes receivable transactions.

I have provided the attachment from the problem I scanned. Part of it it cut off in the pdf document. The problem I need done is the top one 9-6B. Instructions say to journalise the transactions. I need this done by Sunday. I have also provided the working paper format with the questions I need answered from the quiz. These questions are based off the homework.
